Usage
Environmentally friendly inorganic flame retardants and smoke suppressants: Plastics (PVC, PP, nylon, ABS), rubber, wire and cable sheathing; often compounded with antimony trioxide for synergistic effects, replacing halogenated flame retardants; low smoke and low toxicity.
Paints, inks, adhesives: Flame retardant, anti-corrosion, and anti-mildew additives.
Textiles, non-woven fabrics, carpets: Flame retardant finishing agent.
Other uses: Ceramic glazes, papermaking flame retardant fillers, wood preservatives and fungicides.
