Usage
Synthetic Nylon: Polymerizes with hexamethylenediamine to produce Nylon 1010, which is wear-resistant, low-temperature resistant, and oil-resistant, used in oil pipes, cable sheaths, mechanical parts, and fishing gear yarn.
Plasticizer Raw Materials: Synthesizes dibutyl sebacate, dioctyl sebacate, and other cold-resistant plasticizers, used in PVC, artificial leather, and plastic films to significantly improve low-temperature toughness.
Lubricating Oil Base Materials: Prepares diester-based synthetic lubricants with excellent high and low temperature performance, used as high-grade lubricants for aviation, turbines, and compressors.
Resins and Coatings: Alkyd resins, polyurethanes, and powder coating modifying monomers to improve film flexibility, adhesion, and weather resistance.
