Usage
As a metal flux/acidic flux: Used for the melting and decomposition of ores and metal oxides.
Metal surface treatment: Used for pickling and rust removal of aluminum alloys and stainless steel, replacing part of concentrated sulfuric acid, offering milder corrosiveness and stable results.
Laboratory acidic flux standard reagent: A classic inorganic analytical flux, used for digesting difficult-to-dissolve samples such as ores, soil, cement, glass, and ceramics. After digestion, the content of elements such as silicon, aluminum, iron, calcium, and magnesium can be determined by titration.
Electroplating electrolyte additive: Added to nickel, chromium, and cobalt plating solutions to adjust the pH value and conductivity of the electrolyte, refine the grain size of the plating layer, improve the adhesion and uniformity of the plating layer, and reduce plating burrs.
