Usage
1. Heat-transfer fluids / High-temperature heat-transfer media: Mixtures of terphenyl isomers, used for high-temperature heat exchange in closed systems and as heat-transfer media in nuclear power or chemical processing; characterized by excellent thermal stability and low vapor pressure.
2. Intermediates for liquid crystals and optoelectronic materials: Used in the synthesis of biphenyl-based liquid crystal monomers, organic light-emitting materials, and fluorescent probes; applied in display devices and research and development of organic optoelectronics.
3. Organic synthetic building blocks: Used for the synthesis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, functional ligands, and polymer monomers; also employed as a stationary phase in gas chromatography for the separation of aromatic compounds.
