Plastics and polymer processing field:
It is widely applicable to polyethylene (PE), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), ABS and polyamide (PA) and other materials. Especially in the production of wire and cable resins containing carbon black, it can prevent premature gel formation during extrusion, ensure the stable insulation performance of cables, and its thermal stability and migration resistance are better than many similar antioxidants. In addition, when used in polyurethane materials, it can cooperate with amine antioxidants such as 5057 to solve the problem of core burning in flexible polyurethane foam, and can also replace BHT.
Elastomer and rubber products field:
It is an important anti-aging additive in rubber and elastomer formulations. It is suitable for ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and other synthetic rubbers.
